We support clients from early building analysis and test fits through to Cat A, Cat A+ & Cat B construction delivery, handover and post-completion aftercare, using digital workflows and coordinated information management to streamline delivery and reduce risk.

Our consultancy, space planning, design, FF&E selection, construction information, services coordination and project delivery allow us to flex our involvement to suit the needs of each project.

Many of our projects focus on rejuvenating existing assets, embracing re-use, re-purpose and refurbishment strategies to reduce waste, preserve embodied carbon and extend building life.

We consider embedded energy, material waste and supply chains when specifying products, using digital tools and supplier transparency to make informed, responsible choices. Local sourcing, reduced transport and minimal packaging are prioritised wherever possible.
