Private equity mayfair

Commercial OFfice

This project forms part of the repositioning of an existing Mayfair building for a Private Equity client, targeting a high-value financial occupier market.

Our scope included the front-of-house and wider common parts — reception, lift lobbies, stairs, WCs and lift cars — creating a cohesive, high-quality experience throughout the building.

A key driver was the retention of existing materials. The building featured extensive travertine, which was initially proposed for removal. We worked closely with the client to demonstrate how this could be retained and elevated through a complementary, more contemporary palette — balancing cost, sustainability and design quality.

The result is a refined and consistent material language across all shared spaces, combining existing stone with new finishes and integrated lighting to create a calm yet impactful environment aligned with its Mayfair context.

Carefully considered moments of contrast and detail introduce a more distinctive, high-quality identity — helping the space stand out within a competitive market.

This coordinated upgrade strengthens the building’s identity, enhances tenant perception and supports the asset’s repositioning within a premium commercial market.
