Located within a fast-evolving East London district, East Exchange is a new workplace development designed to compete in an increasingly design-led satellite office market.
The developer approached us with a clear challenge: create a contemporary, amenity-rich building capable of attracting modern occupiers while delivering against an ambitious programme.
Our role has been to shape the building’s identity and experience from the ground up, developing a coordinated design strategy across reception, meeting suites, café, wellness facilities, lift cars, lobbies and wider building amenities.
The project has been carefully planned to deliver an efficient, flexible workplace environment that supports a diverse occupier market. A strong focus on arrival experience, shared amenities and high-quality common spaces helps establish a confident building identity and strengthen tenant appeal.
Delivery planning has been critical. Every stage has been scheduled in advance to ensure efficiency, supporting the project’s extremely tight programme and maintaining clarity across the wider consultant and contractor team.
Without compromising on sustainability, design integrity, build quality or finish, East Exchange is being delivered as a confident, future-ready workplace — positioned to compete strongly within the East London market.
