This Cat A reception space has been developed to support the repositioning of a premium commercial asset, targeting a high-value financial occupier profile.

Working with the developer, the objective was to create a clear and differentiated arrival experience that strengthens the building’s identity, enhances tenant perception and supports leasing activity within a competitive market.

The design adopts a disciplined and refined approach, moving away from conventional luxury in favour of a more controlled, confident aesthetic. A reduced material palette, strong contrast and carefully integrated lighting create a composed and authoritative environment aligned with the expectations of high-net-worth occupiers.

As a key touchpoint within the building, the reception plays a critical role in shaping first impressions and reinforcing the asset’s quality and credibility.
